NCAR is moving forward with the process of opening their repository from UCAR/NCAR Authors and Co-Authors.

They are working through the different publishers to grant general access to NCAR-authored work. Some embargoes (delays between publication and access) may apply. They have success with AGU, AMS and Springer journal publishers, and they are working on Elsevier next. These holdings start in 2009 (since that's when they started the project).
You do not have to be a UCAR Member or Affiliate to enjoy access.
