South Dakota citizens will have access November 1, 2006 to two South Dakota newspapers, online reference books, and practice tests through three new databases provided by the South Dakota State Library for statewide access.

Dr. Rick Melmer, DOE Secretary said, “Learning Express Library features a wide assortment of tests that will benefit the citizens of our state. The program is easy to use and relevant to your learning needs. It would be an excellent resource for many South Dakota citizens.”
